As part of the Moving Medicine Forward initiative, this 12-unit Master Class in Plant-Based Clinical Nutrition equips physicians, medical trainees, and health professionals with the tools to use nutrition as a primary therapeutic intervention. Led by Dr. Klaper, this course translates nutritional science into practical, real-world application.
You’ll learn how dietary patterns directly influence physiology, and how a whole-food, plant-based approach can be used to:
Address root causes of chronic disease
Improve metabolic and cardiovascular outcomes
Support patients in sustainable lifestyle change
Reduce reliance on medications over time
From coronary artery disease and type 2 diabetes to autoimmune and inflammatory conditions, this course provides both the scientific foundation and the clinical strategies to help patients heal.
